This is a 100% Soylent free dinner post. High protein, high fat, low carbs. You can add your own sides in the mix. Your favorite vegetables and spices. Paste or rice. Some sauce too. Feel free.

Blue: About 1 min each side
Rare: About 1½ mins per side
